SATDHAM MantraJap ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") helps users create profiles, track mantra jap counts, view jap history, receive reminders, and use related devotional content. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information:
- Phone number and OTP verification information used for sign-in and account access.
- Name, profile type, profile photo, and related profile information entered by you.
- Jap niyam, mala bead count, completed jap count, daily jap entries, jap history, timestamps, progress data, and leaderboard score data.
- Feedback messages submitted from the App, including the profile name or phone number linked to the feedback.
- Device and app information such as app version, crash logs, diagnostics, notification token, analytics events, network status, and remote configuration data.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create, verify, and manage user access to the App.
- Upload, save, and display jap goals, counts, history, profiles, leaderboard data, and progress.
- Send push notifications, reminders, updates, and in-app messages when enabled.
- Improve App performance, diagnose crashes, fix errors, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
- Respond to feedback and support requests.
- Comply with applicable legal, safety, and platform requirements.
Third-Party Services

- Firebase Authentication for sign-in and account verification.
- Cloud Firestore for profile, jap activity, feedback, and app data storage.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging and local notifications for notifications and reminders.
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and diagnostics.
- Firebase Analytics for app usage measurement.
- Firebase Remote Config, Firebase In-App Messaging, and Firebase App Check for configuration, messaging, and app integrity.
- OTP delivery providers used to verify phone numbers.

Global Leaderboard
SATDHAM MantraJap includes global leaderboard features. When you create or use a profile, your jap score data, including completed jap count, today's jap count, profile name, profile photo if provided, and related progress information, may be uploaded to our server and used to show your rank or position on the App's global and daily leaderboards.
This leaderboard information may be visible to other users of the App. Do not use the leaderboard feature or submit jap activity in the App if you do not want this information uploaded and displayed for leaderboard purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to operate the App, use the service providers listed above, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or with your consent.
Data Retention
We retain profile, jap activity, history, feedback, and related account information for as long as needed to provide the App, maintain records, resolve disputes, improve reliability, or comply with legal obligations. Diagnostic and analytics data may be retained according to the retention settings of the services used by the App.
Your Choices
- You can choose not to provide optional profile information, but some App features may be limited.
- You can disable push notifications from your device settings.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the App feedback option or the contact method provided by the App listing.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
International Users
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your region. By using the App, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in locations where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
